What is CreditDataNow?
CreditDataNow is a credit monitoring membership. You see your scores and full report from all three bureaus, and you get an alert when something on your file changes.
Is this credit repair?
No. CreditDataNow shows you what the bureaus report. It is not a loan, not an application for credit, and not credit repair.
Will joining affect my credit score?
No. Enrolling uses a soft inquiry, which is designed not to affect your score.
What does it cost?
Membership is $40 a month, billed monthly, and renews each month until you cancel. All prices are in US dollars.
Can I get a refund?
Cancelling stops all future charges right away. Monthly charges already made aren't refunded.
Why do you ask for my Social Security number?
The bureaus use it to find the right file and to confirm that you are the person asking. It is entered inside the secure identity step and is not stored by this site.
How do I cancel?
On your dashboard, open the Account tab and choose Cancel my membership, or use the cancel link in your confirmation email. Either way it takes one step, and cancelling takes effect right away. For a new link, go to my.creditdatanow.com/cancel and we'll email you one. You don't need to call or write to us.
Can my advisor see my report?
No. Your report is visible only to you, in your CreditDataNow account.
Does CreditDataNow provide loans or funding?
CreditDataNow provides credit information and monitoring. A loan or funding application is a separate step with the provider you choose.
